We have been with the Owens Insurance Agency for close to 40 years. Rob and Stacey have been fantastic over the years. Whether it's been a claim, answering our sometimes too many questions, or providing us with quotes from other insurance companies to get us better rates, they have been there every step of the way.

An example of their service - a few years back, we noticed a water leak from our roof into our bathroom. I contacted Rob for a recommendation of someone to come out and check it out. He got to work and someone was out the next day, checked out the roof and repaired the area around the vent where the water was getting in. He also inspected our roof and noticed it was somewhat damaged from hail. A month or two later, we had a new roof!

Rob and Stacey have always been there for us and we greatly appreciate their dedication to their customers. And, they don't treat us as "customers". We feel like we are treated as friends.

I met Rob and had him do a review of my coverage for home and auto. He was very thorough and detailed. After doing a check on my history we decided to wait a few months til a past claim fell off. I used rob for years, sadly we moved out of state. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable on how to get the rate that best suits me. I would highly advise giving him a shot.

Wasted my time with this insurance broker. Asked for quote. Sat in his office, gave him all the information he requested, but never sent me my quotes. Called couple times only for him to tell me he was almost done or just give me a couple days, etc. Two months later nothing. Your word doesn’t mean much with this guy.
